BruinShack
As a Product Management intern for BruinShack, I worked cross-functionally with various teams in order to showcase our mission. Using Figma, we kept all of our tracking documents and folders organized and timelined our goals. I managed a new product: an apartment manager portal. In creating the product, Ied design process in Figma, starting from user flow and ending with Hi-Fi UI/UX Models and tests, which were implemented into updates for products used by customers and employees and resulted in peaking 1,000+ monthly users. In addition, I collaborated with other managers to grow knowledge, strategy, insight, and perspective, in addition to drafting user stories, bugs, technical work, and knowledge acquisition to hit stakeholder deliverable benchmarks.
Product/Promotion Design Tracking and Roll-Out for ACM
As the Marketing Director of the Association for Computing Machinery (the largest CS community at UCLA), my role surrounds maintaining ACM’S social media image, empowering our events throughout campus and the greater Los Angeles area. We utilize Trello in order to create designs for both promotions and products, tracking progress, then I approve everything to be posted on social media. I work with multiple teams via Slack to answer questions, discuss new marketing strategies, and to roll out their events in accordance with set timelines. I am in charge of managing multiple social media accounts– Instagram, LinkedIn, Youtube, TikTok, Mailchimp, Medium, and I even get to curate Spotify playlists.
Reclip
I worked in a Product Marketing role for this new and upcoming app, Reclip. Reclip is designed to clip audio segments of authentic moments in your life— No more “you had to be there to get it” moments. I focused my marketing strategies along this tagline, in addition to marketing examples of when to use this product. Great examples would be to get a blessing or to capture your child’s first words, even if the event is unexpected. Additionally, I organized cost-effective referral programs by developing 3 campus cohorts of 10 students each, driving key objectives through colleges across California. In addition, I organized influencer partnerships and promotions from celebrities like The Vlog Squad and Tana Mongeau.
